August Prospect Camp
When: Sunday, August 24th. Registration will take place from 8:15am to 9:00am.
Time: Registration will begin at 8:15am. Camp will start at 9:00am and end between 3:00pm and 4:00pm (dependent on the number of campers).
Where: Capaha Field – 627 Capaha Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701
Who: This camp is open to any and all High School baseball players.
Cost: $150

Each player is required to have a medical waiver form completed by parent before they can participate in camp.

Check-In: Check in will take place on Saturday morning from 8 am to 9 am at Capaha Park.
Camp Schedule: Players will be able to interact with and receive instruction from the SEMO coaching staff and players. The camp will include instruction and evaluation in the following areas: 60 yard dash, defense, hitting, and pitching. The camp will also include a scrimmage The scrimmage will be scripted according to the number of pitchers and hitters. Each pitcher and hitter will have ample opportunities to showcase their skills.
What to Bring: All Campers are required to bring their own baseball equipment. This includes: a glove, bat, helmet, baseball pants, belt, running shoes/turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment that is necessary to participate and compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Please dress appropriately as this camp will be outdoors.
Bring tennis/turf shoes. Metal spikes will not be allowed.
Please label all of your gear. SEMO is not liable for the theft or loss of any Camper’s property.
Hotel: Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations.
